RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL TOUR EXPERIENCE

Go behind the scenes at the Showplace of the Nation! Explore the history and beauty of Radio City Music Hall on this 60-minute guided tour. Discover art deco masterpieces including the palatial 60-foot high Grand Foyer and visit Radio City’s secret apartment, The Roxy Suite.

Get exclusive views of the majestic auditorium and learn the history of the iconic Great Stage. Plus, complete your tour by meeting a Radio City Rockette!

Tour Times

Tours run 7 days a week from 9:30am to 5:00pm, depart approximately every 30 minutes, and last approximately 60 minutes*.

Please see below for the best tour times to pair with your Christmas Spectacular performance. 

Please note: Tours end at 5:00PM, you cannot take a tour after a show that ends past 5:00PM.

TOUR ENTRANCE

Enter Radio City through the Executive Entrance on 50th street between 5th and 6th avenues (closer to 6th avenue) and proceed to the Tour Desk located in the Grand Lounge. Please have your digital voucher on your phone ready to present to exchange for an admission ticket. If special accommodations are needed, please call our Accessibility Services Department at 888-609-7599

Please note the Executive Entrance is strictly reserved for those taking the tour. Your show ticket will only be scanned if you redeem your voucher for a tour starting within 2 hours prior to the start of your show time. If you wish to redeem your voucher for a tour at a later time or date, you must use the other entrances when entering for your Christmas Spectacular performance.

Please keep in mind that tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out quickly. We strongly recommend coming to the tour desk in advance of your tour time. If you arrive and your desired tour time is sold out, you will be places on the next available tour.
