Tours run 7 days a week from 9:30am to 5:00pm, depart approximately every 30 minutes, and last approximately 60 minutes*.

Please note: Tours end at 5:00PM, you cannot take a tour after a show that ends past 5:00PM.
Enter Radio City through the Executive Entrance on 50th street between 5th and 6th avenues (closer to 6th avenue) and proceed to the Tour Desk located in the Grand Lounge. Please have your digital voucher on your phone ready to present to exchange for an admission ticket. Please note the Executive Entrance is strictly reserved for those taking the tour. Your show ticket will only be scanned if you redeem your voucher for a tour starting within 2 hours prior to the start of your show time. If you wish to redeem your voucher for a tour at a later time or date, you must use the other entrances when entering for your Christmas Spectacular performance.
Please keep in mind that tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out quickly. We strongly recommend coming to the tour desk in advance of your tour time. If you arrive and your desired tour time is sold out, you will be places on the next available tour.

When an event is in progress there may be limited access to the seating area inside the Music Hall and the Hydraulics area. Furthermore, tours may only be able to view the Auditorium from a private viewing area.
