The 2024 QVC Christmas Spectacular Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts on August
23, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 6, 2024 at 11:59 PM
ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and
District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and
where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees, temporary workers, freelancers,
independent contractors, officers and directors, and their immediate family members
(parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings and their respective
spouses, regardless of where they reside) and people living in their same households
(whether or not related), of MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), QVC, Inc.
(“QVC”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, sponsors,
promotional partners, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers, are not
eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local
laws. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”)
and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to
this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period visit Rockettes.com/QVCSweeps and
follow the directions to complete the entry form and submit your entry. All entries must be
received by 11:59 PM ET on September 6, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person. If more
than one (1) entry is received from any person or email address, only the first entry
received will be considered and all subsequent entries will be void. Multiple entrants are
not permitted to share the same email account. Entries generated by script, macro,
mechanical or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process
are void. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be
acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a
random drawing held promptly following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period from
among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email and may be
required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful,
a publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor in such prize notification. If
such documents are not returned within the specified time period (if applicable), the prize
notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is not in compliance with
these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate
winner may be selected, time permitting. If a potential winner is at least 18 years of age but
still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to
award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for
fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
PRIZE: Prize includes: (i) two (2) tickets to winner’s choice of a select 2024 performance
of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall in

New York City chosen from a list of available perfromances provided by Sponsor and (ii) a
$250 QVC e-gift card (collectively, the “Prize”). Approximate total retail value of Prize
(“ARV”): $800. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Tickets and gift card will be issued electronically and are subject to the terms and
conditions specified by the issuer(s) (as applicable). Tickets are subject to availability.
TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL AND MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE
PRIZE. Prize only includes what is listed in the prize description. Winner is responsible for
all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and
expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being
provided. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest will be required
to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including being eligible to attend the event
for which tickets are issued, as well as any COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue the
time of the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize as determined by
Sponsor. If, for whatever reason, the event is cancelled or postponed, the ticket terms will
govern, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with
no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize (nor any portion thereof) may
not substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any componment thereof) with one of
comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner and guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any
resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-
19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any
place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols
that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-
sponsored guidelines, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of
all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people
have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age
and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being
subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term
health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of the Prize winner
grants permission for Sponsor, QVC, and their respective designees to use their name,
address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information for
advertising, trade and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all
media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without
notice, review, approval or compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: None of Sponsor, QVC, or any of their respective parents,
affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors, promotional partners, prize suppliers,
advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are responsible for lost, late,
incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or email or
other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server,
Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility
or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions,
lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or
computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or
difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network,
typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes,

including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the
administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the
Prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for
any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking,
or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other
person’s computers or other device related to or resulting from participation in this
Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper
with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who are in violation of these
Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined
by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves
the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time
and for any reason, including, but not limited to, if any portion of the Sweepstakes
becomes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized
human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or
impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if
terminated, in its discretion, to select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect
entries received prior to such action being taken or as otherwise deemed fair and
appropriate by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree that the Released Parties will
have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any
liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or
property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession,
misuse or use of the Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation
in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple
users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at
the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official
Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” shall be the natural person who is assigned the
email address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for
assigning email addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE
OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER
REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
DATA COLLECTION: Entrants will automatically be enrolled to receive emails from
Sponsor. Any information provided shall be used by Sponsor in accordance with
Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
https://www.msgentertainment.com/privacy/. Entrants can opt-out of receiving future
emails from Sponsor at any time by following the directions provided in any such email.
