Urban Decay’s Glide On 24/7 white eyeliner rocks because it’s also waterproof!”[Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Yeyo; available at UrbanDecay.com, $20]

For Rockette Sarah S., that magic mascara is MAC’s False Lashes Waterproof Mascara. “It keeps my lashes looking great the whole day, even when the false lashes come off!”

I prefer Ardell Lashes #105. They are longer than my natural lashes, but have space between each lash to help make them look natural. Also, make sure you cut the end of each pair to fit your eyes. There is nothing more annoying that lashes that are too long, poking your eyes while you’re dancing on stage!”[Ardell Glamour Lash #105; available at Ulta.com, $5]

Maybelline is a great one that smooths my skin and keeps it hydrated all day long.”

They set and keep my eyebrows in place throughout a whole performance. It’s very important as we have so many changes in and out of hats and head pieces.”

performance-makeup-trick-primermegan-levinson-headshotRockette Megan L.’s go-to dance makeup trick is applying a lip primer and lip seal (her fave is “Sealed With a Kiss”!) to really lock in her lipstick and keep it looking fresh while performing. “In the Christmas Spectacular, we have eight different costume changes, with one that is only 90 seconds. This lip seal ensures that my lipstick will still be on by the end of the show!”

The foundation to great make up starts with great skin, so treat it with love.”
