Why we chose him: When you search for dance cardio workouts on YouTube, you get thousands of options. So how do you choose? You go with the one that’s described like this: “It’s like you’re going to see Beyoncé, but you’re working out.”
That’s how Caleb Marshall, aka the Fitness Marshall, describes his cardio hip-hop workout routines. And he’s right! One glance at his YouTube channel and you’ll see routines to songs that are probably on your workout playlist right now—like Sia’s “Cheap Thrills” and Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling.”
The moves are accessible and super fun, and you don’t need to have a dance background to get the benefits (even Caleb’s grandma does his routines!). And a bonus to the original choreography: Funny commentary that’ll have you smirking while you work, work, work, work, work, work.
