Why we picked him: A college football win is always the perfect reason for a celebratory dance! Just ask Duke Head Coach, David Cutcliffe.
Moments after leaving the field following a 42-35 win over the University of North Carolina, Coach Cutcliffe decided that the best way to celebrate was by busting a few moves of his own.
Undeterred by the lack of music, he vocalized his own rendition of James Brown’s “Get Up Offa That Thing.” Just moments later, he was joined by a stadium security employee for an unexpected and exciting duo routine that left the entire room cheering.
And according to Yahoo! Sports, this win was certainly one worth celebrating: It bumped Duke into the top 25 of the College Football Playoffs ranking with a 7-3 season record—that’s definitely cause for a victory dance in our books!
Fun fact: This was the Duke Blue Devils’ third-straight win over their rivals, the North Carolina Tar Heels. The win allowed them to keep the coveted Victory Bell in their possession for another year.
