Five Great Places To See Santa in NYC

There’s nothing like Christmastime in New York City. The shopping, the music, festive lights, decorations, and of course, Santa Claus. Whether you’re in town for a week or one day, put on your holiday best because we have the best places to see jolly ol’, Saint Nick.

1. The Christmas Spectacular At Radio City Music Hall

If you’re coming to see us kick on the Great Stage, visitors can get a picture with Santa in the Grand Lounge of Radio City Music Hall. Just be sure to arrive one hour prior to showtime, that way you have enough time for Santa, refreshments and to find your seats before the curtain goes up! See you soon!

2. Rockefeller Center

Fun Fact: Santa eats milk and cookies for breakfast, too—and you can join him! Visitors at Rock Center Cafe or Sea Grill at Rockefeller Center can listen to carolers, have breakfast and visit with Santa from November 29 through Christmas Eve. Reservations are a must so be sure to visit their website ahead of time. Also, remember to check out the Tree. It will be lit (with a little help from us!) on December 4th!

3. Macy’s Herald Square

Macy’s is synonymous with Christmas and “Santalandis about as festive as it gets outside Radio City Music Hall. The iconic department store transforms into a whimsical, magical North Pole and features animatronic toys and an incredible train display. Reservations are required to see Santa, so book your visit online to avoid a long wait. While Santaland is free, photos with Santa are not.

4. Bloomingdale’s on 59th Street

For some adults, there’s nothing like completing your Christmas shopping, and for some children, there’s nothing like seeing Santa! So why not take care of both! In Bloomingdale’s on 59th Street, Santa sits on the sixth floor atop a red chair for all to see. You can catch him from November 29 through Christmas Eve!

5. Brookfield Place

Brookfield Place is special because it not only offers pictures with Santa but a one-of-a-kind shopping and dining experience along the water (you can even ice skate too!). Santa’s schedule varies from day to day but walk-ins are always welcome.

Join us at Radio City Music Hall this holiday season—Christmas Spectacular performances are running through January 5th. Get your tickets today!
