Doors for events at Radio City Music Hall open at least one hour prior to the event start time. Plan to arrive at least an hour early so there is enough time to get through security, explore the Hall, find your seats, and get settled for your show. If you arrive any later than 30 minutes before the show, you risk missing the first few performance numbers.
To help facilitate a seamless entrance to Radio City Music Hall, we are opening all main entrances on 6TH Avenue, 50TH Street and 51ST Street.
Radio City Music Hall does not have a formal dress code. We do ask, however, that you use your best judgment when dressing for the Christmas Spectacular.
Radio City Music Hall asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Radio City Music Hall does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Radio City Music Hall reserves the right to search all persons and bags. As a reminder, bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Restrooms are open and available in multiple locations throughout Radio City Music Hall. We have made a number of modifications as part of our comprehensive health and safety protocols, including extensive deep cleaning.
Food and beverage are available for purchase. Please note that we have cashless options for food and beverage transactions, allowing you to use your credit card or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Outside food and beverage are prohibited at Radio City Music Hall, however, there are food concessions available once inside. Attendees of the Christmas Spectacular can shop for merchandise at our stands located on all levels inside Radio City Music Hall. We are offering cashless options for merchandise transactions, using credit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. Our online store also offers select merchandise.
Yes. As part of our health and safety protocols, we are offering cashless transaction options for all in-venue purchases, however cash is also accepted at designated locations in Radio City Music Hall.
Taking photographs or videos (with a traditional camera, cell phone or any other device) is not permitted during the performance. For the safety of the performers and as a courtesy to your fellow patrons, we also ask that guests please silence and put away all cell phones for the duration of the show, and refrain from using their phone or texting during the performance. Medical staff are available at every event for medical emergencies. The Medical Office is located on the lower level in the Grand Lounge near the bank of elevators. You may also speak to a member of our Guest Relations staff at Radio City Music Hall for assistance.
All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter.
If you know in advance that you are unable to attend your performance, you may donate your tickets to the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a non-profit charity that will provide children the opportunity to attend the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City. Please send your tickets in a traceable manner to the Garden of Dreams Foundation, 2 Penn Plaza, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10121. Please also include your name, address and telephone number so the Foundation may send you a letter of acknowledgement. All donated tickets must be received no later than three business days prior to the event. Also, please note, since the Foundation benefits children, single tickets cannot be accepted; therefore, a minimum of two tickets per event must be donated. Children less than 2 years old may attend without the purchase of a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own separate seat and must sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap.
Groups are considered to have 10 guests or more. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just 10 or more people who get together and want to see immersive entertainment are eligible to receive special group benefits. THE RADIO CITY ROCKETTES
The Rockettes are the world’s most famous precision dance company. Widely known as one of New York City’s most illustrious and beloved icons, they are legendary for their precision dance and eye-high kicks. The Rockettes are the stars of the Christmas Spectacular—a show that is seen by more than one million people annually and has played in more than 60 cities across North America.

Up to 36 Rockettes perform onstage at one time.
There are no plans for a touring production at this time. We hope you can join us in New York City at Radio City Music Hall and follow us on social!
Rockettes must be between 5’6″ and 5’10 ½” (measurements are taken in stocking feet) and proficient in ballet, tap, and jazz.
We want everyone to see themselves as Rockettes, and are committed to opening up our audition process to as many talented dancers as possible. Casting for the 2021 season is complete, but we will be holding open auditions in 2022 and encourage you to check back here for the most up to date information.
